CLOSE AND EXCITING RACING!
The absence of Scott Hoffman meant Toney Ang’s strategy of consistent lapping provided him with the official win from the session – well done Toney!

The two newcomers – Rauf Osterman and Brandon Pease both performed strongly, with Rauf managing to pip Brandon for line honours with a 2nd placing – awesome work Rauf!

Rauf Osterman proved he had pace by duelling with Paul during the race although Rauf struggled to connect fast corners together for a very fast laptime. We’re sure Rauf and Brandon are both likely to dip well inside the 59 second zone in coming weeks – both drivers should be watched carefully by those searching for wins!

Over-all Brandon took both laptime honours with a 1.00.940 in pracice and race honours with only his pitstops ruining a certain 2nd place. Brandon did manage to clench the final podium position coming 3rd over-all – a cracking result Brandon! Well done!

Michael Farrell showed strong improvement, bringing his fastest laptimes down by a couple of seconds this round posting a respectable 1.01.466 in qualifying. Impressive result to be proud of Michael! Watch out, Michael is becoming a real contender – once he masters staying on the track for a full race you’ll see him up the front battling for the lead!
